Location: Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok (Near MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:30)Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Design and execute comprehensive quarterly and annual aftersales roadmaps; supervise implementation to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Network Expansion: Manage the bidding, planning, and construction of the aftersales service network to ensure optimal market coverage and facility standards.
- CSI Optimization: Lead the Customer Service Index (CSI) program, identifying service gaps and implementing targeted improvement plans for underperforming areas.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor aftermarket quality data from general agents and sales regions; analyze recurring technical issues to provide actionable feedback for product improvement.
- Complaint Resolution: Oversee the end-to-end "closed-loop" management of customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and long-term loyalty.
- Technical Empowerment: Develop and manage technical training programs for general agents and distributors to elevate maintenance standards and terminal repair capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Systematically collect and analyze competitor aftersales data and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor the Aftersales team, including the Spare Parts Manager, Technical Manager, and Warranty Coordinator.
- KPI Accountability: Define, monitor, and take full responsibility for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the entire service department.
- Ad-hoc Initiatives: Execute specialized projects and additional tasks as required by senior leadership.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in after-sales operations; experience in multiple after-sales roles would be an additional benefit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
- Strong communication, learning, teamwork, and logical reasoning skills.
