- Manage and control dealer sales performance within the assigned territory to achieve company targets. Communicate, explain, and ensure dealers' understanding of sales, marketing, credit, and campaign policies, strategies, and action plans. Jointly plan and monitor sales promotion activities with dealers to improve sales performance in the assigned area. Manage and monitor dealer stock, ordering, and floor plan to ensure alignment with sales plans. Monitor and manage dealer Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI) to meet company standards and targets. Analyze sales performance, identify issues and challenges, and develop action plans to improve results within the territory. Conduct monthly meetings with dealers and regularly visit dealers in the assigned area. Prepare performance reports, analyze sales data, stock levels, and related KPIs for management presentation. Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, Credit, and Aftersales to support dealer operations. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to manage dealer Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI) to meet company standards and targets Strong understanding of sales operations, automotive financing, stock management, and floor plan systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication, negotiation, and dealer relationship management skills, and willingness to travel to upcountry locations
