Data and reporting

Dealers support activity for Dealers order processingDealers Call center activity; Providing parts information to dealers.Dealer operation support activity (VOR/Recommendation list, Buy Back, New dealer opening, Contact window to DLRs and others relate.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Experience of Aftersales Dealer Management (Having experience in the automotive business will be an advantage)
Customer / Call Center management
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Fair English communication
Analysis thinking / Problem solving
Customer service knowledge
Spare parts knowledge
Dealer operation process knowledge
Logistics knowledge
