- Proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Acquire new customers through various channels and expand the existing customer base.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of individual customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide personalized financial planning advice to customers.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including account opening, loan applications, and investment subscriptions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UOB's products and services, as well as market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists and credit departments, to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the branch.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including retail banking, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both Thai and English, spoken and written.
- Possession of relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., Investment Planner, Insurance Agent) will be an advantage.
