- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their financial goals and provide suitable banking solutions, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance products.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and financial profiles.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice on wealth management and financial planning.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to data privacy regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
