Personal Banker (PB)

• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of individual customers, fostering long-term relationships through excellent service and proactive engagement.
• Identify customer financial needs through thorough needs analysis and provide tailored solutions across deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other banking products.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, wealth management, and retirement planning.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively advise customers.
• Participate in branch marketing activities and promotional events to attract new customers.
• Adhere to all anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously develop professional skills through training and self-study.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on personal banking.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales aptitude and ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
