- Proactively identify and acquire new individual customers, leveraging referrals and networking opportunities.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of individual customers, fostering long-term relationships through regular engagement and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to understand their goals and risk profiles.
- Recommend and cross-sell appropriate banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, investment products, and insurance, in line with customer needs and bank policies.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to all operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and promote their usage.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal control policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Possession of relevant financial licenses (e.g., Investment Consultant license, Insurance Agent license) will be an advantage.
