- Proactively identify and acquire new individual clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling UOB products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, insurance).
- Provide expert advice on UOB's product offerings, explaining features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including account opening, loan applications, and investment requests, adhering to all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and UOB's product enhancements to effectively position offerings.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with other UOB departments (e.g., investment specialists, insurance specialists) to provide holistic financial solutions to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a customer-facing sales role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Personal Banker or Relationship Manager.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, insurance).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Hold relevant licenses or certifications as required by Thai regulatory bodies for selling financial products (e.g., investment, insurance) or willingness to obtain them.
