Personal Banker (PB)

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance products.
• Conduct financial needs analysis for customers and recommend appropriate products and services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Achieve individual sales targets for various banking products, contributing to the branch's overall performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, excellent service, and follow-up.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide efficient and professional assistance.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance customer value and deepen relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively advise customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions and documentation.
• Adhere to all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations and internal control procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Personal Banker or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective financial advice.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command of both Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Holds relevant financial licenses or is willing to obtain them (e.g., Investment Planner, Insurance Agent) within a specified timeframe.
