- Assist Senior on implementing server, storage, network, virtualization, backup, and etc
- Help Senior provide document for projects with according to customer's technical requirement as agreed in the technical proposals
- Will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time
- Provide Level 1 for fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution and preventive maintenance for customer when required
- Onsite to swap equipment or troubleshooting
- Generate monthly report for customer
- Knowing Server, OS, or network is prefer
- Graduated in computer related field. (Computer engineer or Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Provide scheduled standby during non-office hours to carry out troubleshooting on customer's premises if required
- Willing to learning and acquire professional certificate.
