Service Engineer (IP Surveillance System & Network) - Contract

• Provide Field Services installation and Technical Support for IP Surveillance System, Network infrastructure and network security product at customer site.
• Provide high level service and applications support to customers on the Company's products.
• Attend to any call made by customers require supporting.
• Manage, handle technical case, request RMA of product with Vender's TAC.
• Work with customers for Troubles Shooting and Preventive Maintenance.
• Flexible for working schedule re-arrangement or relocation.
• Provide technical support and on-site technical service to product users.
• Project management for Network, Security and other project's installation as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science (Computer Science).
• 1-5 years' experience in trouble-shooting and equipment servicing.
• Basic skill for understanding concept of IT (Server, Storage), IP (Networking, Router, Wifi), and UC (Video Conference, IP Camera).
• Familiar with Cisco/Huawei technologies are advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, configuration, and problem solving IP network surveillance system, Common TCP/IP services including HTTP, FTP, DNS, and DHCP, Switch, Router, WLAN, firewall, IPS etc.
• Certification in networking and security of responsible product is an advantage.
