- Plan, design, and maintain IT infrastructure in the factory, including servers, network systems, and communication devices.
- Monitor and maintain network systems and hardware to ensure stability and security.
- Install and update software, operating systems, and applications necessary for factory operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to IT systems and provide support to users in the factory.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage data security and protect against cyber threats such as viruses and internet attacks.
- Collaborate with central IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve systems.
- Document installations, changes, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Analyze and improve IT infrastructure efficiency to meet factory needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Male Age 26-35 years.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, networking, and server maintenance
