• Develop comprehensive project schedules with defined milestones and manage the full project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the main client liaison, gathering requirements, relaying them to internal teams, and communicating progress while managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to allocate resources, resolve interdepartmental issues, and keep projects on track.
• Prepare budgets and labor estimates while driving ongoing cost-saving initiatives to maintain financial control.
• Monitor execution across all project phases to ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee every stage from initiation to design, production, commissioning, delivery, and after-sales support to ensure seamless transitions.
• Identify technical, scheduling, and resource risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain project stability.
• Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and refine processes to enhance team efficiency.

• Proven experience of project management of precision part mabnfuacturing supplied to electronic and automotive component industries.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with solid analytical/reporting abilities; PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent English proficiency, including fluent verbal communication for working effectively with international clients and teams.
• Able to manage pressure, multitask efficiently, collaborate across functions, and independently solve complex challenges with clear reasoning.
• Demonstrates strong communication and coordination abilities to manage interactions with customers, internal teams, and suppliers; cross-border project experience and knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 standards are beneficial.
