2. Create master plan schedule to meet customer's demand. and commit delivery plan to sales section.
3. Control and monitor production output for support shipment and and keep on time delivery.
4. Manage and control overall of production planning issues.
5. Review and manage machine allocation.
6. Control raw materials & finished good in storage .
7. Control packaging & raw material and ordering to support production.
8. Make Material Requirement Plan (MRP) -Summary Inventory data for over aging -Summary Report every end of month (Area base yield, compare malt stock, finished good stock, on time delivery).
9. Update all document concern by following ISOREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal stamping, motor core stamping or automotive parts production
- Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or related standards
- Ability to work under pressure and drive the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Business-level English is required. Ability to communicate in English and/or Japanese will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, yield analysis, and defect reduction
