2. Responsible for production scheduling. (Capacity and production planning)
3. Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification.
4. Plan delivery time according to requirement.
5. Defects & Yield Analysis and Trouble Shooting Solving.
6. Control and Improvement Production Process.
7. Coach team leaders and team members to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, equipment utilization and efficiency, and product
8.Support the company's yearly business plan and drive team to achieve the goal.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal stamping, motor core stamping or automotive parts production
- Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or related standards
- Ability to work under pressure and drive the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Business-level English is required. Ability to communicate in English and/or Japanese will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, yield analysis, and defect reduction
