ปฏิบัติตามกฏหรือกระบวนการของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดEHS ค้นหาและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือไม่ปลอดภัยของเพื่อนร่วมงานคนอื่นๆ
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎ ข้อบังคับ IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, EHS และข้อกำหนดRCทั้งหมด

การผลิตดำเนินการ:

ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และRMทั้งหมดพร้อมสำหรับการผลิต
ผลิตงานเช่น การโหลด การปรับผลิตภัณฑ์ การสุ่มตัวอย่าง การไหลเวียน การตรวจสอบแบทซ์ การบรรจุและการทำความสะอาด
ทำงานประสานงานกับสมาชิกในทีมและฟังก์ชั่นอื่นๆ เช่น QC, Color matching, customization, แผนกช่าง, warehouse ฯลฯ เพื่อให้การผลิตราบรื่นและเสร็จสิ้นงานการผลิตประจำวันด้วยความปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพสูง
ให้การสนับสนุนพนักงานใหม่ให้สามารถปรับตัวและมีทักษะในการทำงานอย่างรวดเร็วและปลอดภัย
บันทึก ส่งมอบ จัดเก็บเอกสารการผลิตให้สมบูรณ์
เก็บตัวอย่างตามคำขอจากQC / Tintingและห้องปฏิบัติการ
สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายผลิตตามที่หัวหน้างานมอหมายให้

อุปกรณ์บำรุงรักษา:

รายงานความต้องการการบำรุงรักษา หากพบข้อบกพร่องหรือความผิดปกติ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณืทั้งหมดพร้อมใช้งานและรับประกันการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง

ทำความสะอาดและพื้นที่การผลิตให้สะอาดและจัดของให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยทุกวัน

คุณสมบัติ

สำเร็จการศึกษาการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
