- Supervise manufacturing on wafer test operations
- Supports documentation of production activities and reports abnormalities or equipment issues to personnel responsible
- Perform wafer-level testing on semiconductor devices to ensure quality and functionality
- Develop, debug, and optimize test programs for new and existing products
- Maintain and troubleshoot wafer test equipment, including probers, handlers, and testers
- Analyze test data to identify trends, defects, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test processes and improve yields
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance
- Train junior technicians and provide technical support to productionteams
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including ESD control and cleanroom protocols
- Diploma or higher in Engineer
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Familiarity with probs, handles, and testers in advantage
- Basic Programing or test program debugging skills (C/C++,Python or Similar)
- Good communication skill
