Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Monitor and control transportation costs (fuel, labor, and operational expenses).
3.Analyze transport performance data such as delivery trips, lead time, and KPIs

Coordinate with the Warehouse, Transport, and other related departments.
Manage fleet and driver allocation to ensure sufficient resources for operations.
Conduct internal meetings with transport planning staff and drivers.
Resolve operational issues, such as delivery delays, backlogs, and on-site problems.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents (Goods Return, Damage Return, Delivery Notes, IB).
Prepare and present operational performance reports to management.
