• Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Manage progress: plan vs. actual
• Coordinate resources among our IS team, external development vendors, and users
• Maintain strong relationships with users
• Make project decisions and provide directions on behalf of the supervisor
• Identify potential risks and propose cost reduction strategies

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above.
