- Oversee sale team and sale operation, sale activities, sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and prepare sales performance reports for management
- Support the General Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for company products and services
- Manage and expand corporate customer accounts, including new and existing clients and project-based opportunities
- Promote and sell company products and services, including: o Corporate Internet / Dedicated Internet / Leased Line o Networking Hardware such as Switch, Wireless Networking, Firewall, Server and Managed Service. o Digital Solution
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with Presales and Engineering teams to design suitable Internet, Networking and Digital Security solutions
- Prepare solution presentations, proposal and related RFP document
- Coordinate with internal teams (Presales, Network Engineers, Security Engineers, Operations) as well as vendors and partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, solution presentation, negotiation, to deal closing
- Conduct customer meetings and provide business-oriented consultation on digital infrastructure, security, and digital signing solutions
- Follow up on post-sales activities, implementation, and service delivery to ensure SLA compliance
- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in Internet services, PKI, digital certificates, and cybersecurity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in ISP, System Integrator, IT Solution Provider, or Telco industries
- Basic knowledge of Internet services, network solutions, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
