- - Get briefs from clients and develop various marketing activities that meet the client's objectives
- - Main point of contact with clients and manage their requirements to ensure the project meets the objectives within budget
- - Prepare proposals and present them directly to clients.
- - Plan the campaign's operation to align with the client's objectives and implement strategies that deliver the best results.
- - Prepare cost estimations and control costs for the activities.
- - Effectively manage personal workload.
- - Coordinate with cross function internal teams such as Creative, Production, Project Coordination, Finance, etc., and external parties such as suppliers.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the event industry, specializing in consumer events, fan meets, seminars, and staff parties ie.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
