- Lead the HR function in a fast-growing, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Gain regional exposure and work directly with senior leadership.
- Manage end-to-end HR administration, employee files, contracts, onboarding, and documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labour laws and maintain fair HR practices across all nationalities.
- Oversee welfare, benefits, and day-to-day HR support; coordinate payroll with the in-house accountant and external finance provider.
- Support ongoing reviews of Group Insurance and Provident Fund enhancements.
- Lead recruitment for technicians, RF specialists, engineers, and production roles to meet rapid manpower needs.
- Build candidate pipelines for urgent and project-based hiring.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and external agency engagement when necessary.
- Act as the main HR contact for a diverse team of employees from various countries.
- Support managers with employee relations, discipline, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a fair, inclusive, and safe working environment.
- Partner with Production Managers and technical leaders who frequently travel for HQ training, seminars, and international project launches.
- Support leaders with performance, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior leadership both locally and regionally.
- Strengthen HR processes and policies to support organisational scaling.
- Implement structured HR frameworks aligned with fast-growing manufacturing and technology operations.
- Support HR readiness for new project launches and international deployments.
- At least 7 years of HR generalist or HR management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour regulations.
- Experience supporting multinational workforces.
- Hands-on working style with the ability to manage both operations and strategic tasks.
- Recruitment experience for technical or production roles is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with regional leaders based overseas.
