As a Digital Trainee in our 18-month trainee program at allnex, you will play an important role in our digital transformation journey. You will start in Rayong, Thailand, and continue working at other allnex locations in Asia. This program is tailored to provide you with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the digitalization aspects within a manufacturing environment and beyond. You will work as part of a global team of digitalization experts to implement advanced technologies around digitization and automation to optimize our processes and drive productivity gains.If you’re excited about our company’s vision and want to start your path of becoming one of our future field experts or leaders, we’d like to hear from you.Responsibilities
- You will gain a comprehensive insight into the chemical industry and work with us to design and implement our digital roadmap in a production environment and beyond.
- As part of our Global Digitization Team, you will work independently on diverse projects and key challenges in the broad field of digitization (e.g. analytics based decision making, AI, optimization/operational excellence, data analysis, industry 4.0).
- You will be supported on your learning journey by a mentor and you will be closely connected with colleagues and stakeholders from different functions, locations and cultures.
- Gain and apply technical knowledge on latest technologies in the digital field.
- Manage projects within and across our sites as well as the change process that innovative, digital projects require.
- This role is based in Rayong, Thailand, project assignments that involve working at other allnex locations in Asia are part of the training program.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- A real team player with very good communication skills.
- A digital and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and passion to optimize processes.
- Fundamental data analytical skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and results driven personality.
- Outspoken and entrepreneurial way of working.
- Analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills and high sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn.
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Informatics.
