In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!What you'll do:Follows established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. Objective is to provide input to optimize the manufacturing process.In detail, you will:
Conduct and drive OEE equipment and process concern under responsible and continuously develop and improvement activity (A, P, Q) to achieve target.
Design, specification, installation and commissioning of a new equipment and machine modification with final acceptance equipment test run on 95% OEE.
Play an individual role in the project and drive the industrialization process.
New model launch on project time plan and drive the industrialization process with defect rate on target.
Drive continuous improvement project to achieve factory KPI (Scrap, LP, NRFT and SCR improvement).
Manage multiple projects for the successful industrialization.
Regular reporting to senior engineer and management on progress.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment from home appliances industry is preferred
Project management experience involving machine design, factory layout design, assembly line simulation, and new model launch
Adaptable with good cross-collaboration & networking skills
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to use AutoCAD and Solid works
Good command of English
