They are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team and play a key role in supporting our business operations across the Asia Pacific region.Job Responsibilities· Lead and drive APAC agreements through matrix collaboration with regional agreement focal points and their networks.· Manage agreement sales projects in alignment with the company's agreement sales process and operational guidelines.· Identify and propose optimal economical and technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.· Proactively and promptly address customer inquiries, aligning with their procurement timeline.· Provide support to regional teams to enhance success in agreement sales and contribute to key sales opportunities as needed.· Take accountability for sales volume and profitability within the agreement portfolio.· Define the scope of agreement sales initiatives.· Coordinate and lead agreement sales initiatives, leveraging technical expertise and engaging relevant stakeholders for optimal outcomes.· Ensure inclusion of all company technologies as part of the agreements.· Maintain open communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes for agreement offerings.· Support capital sales efforts with necessary agreement offerings and expertise in designated technology areas.· Foster positive market share growth for designated offerings.· Incorporate customer feedback into the offering development process.· Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Experience requirements· Bachelor's Degree or higher in related Engineering field.· 10 years of experience in the Pulp & paper industry with a focus on Agreement Sales.· Proven track record of success in delivering profitable solutions, even in high-pressure environments.· Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities, able to effectively lead virtual teams in a matrixed organization.· Experience and understanding of key cultural differences, with an adaptable communication style suited to diverse audiences. Proficient in working across global boundaries.· Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in presentations and facilitation.· Willingness and ability to travel as required.Contact Person
