ระดับการศึกษา จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาทรัพยากรมุนษย์ การจัดการ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ฯ
รายละเอียด ไม่จำกัดเพศ / อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาทรัพยากรมุนษย์ การจัดการ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ฯ
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานสายงานด้าน HRM,HRD,HROD,Payroll 5 ปีขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์จัดทำเอกสาร Work Permit *จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้ระบบ ISO9001:2015 ,RBA หรือระบบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารค่าจ้าง ค่าตอบแทน,สวัสดิการ
สามารถบริหารกำลังคนได้ (ManPower)
รอบรู้ รอบครอบ ด้านกฏหมายแรงงานทุกมิติ เช่น การเลิกจ้าง *มีทดสอบ
มีประสบการณ์ เรื่องการรับมือกับ บริษัท Sub-Contractor
เดินทางมาทำงานเองได้/สามารถขับรถยนต์ และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว *ใบขับขี่
ติดต่องานราชการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานทรัพยากรบุคคล ฯ
มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาจีนทั้ง การพูด การอ่าน การเขียน สามารถใช้สื่อสารได้จริง
มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง การพูด การอ่าน การเขียน สามารถใช้สื่อสารได้จริง
มีภาวะผู้นำ และเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับผู้ร่วมงานในทีม
ทำงาน จ-เสาร์ (หยุดเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
เข้างาน 08.00-17.00น.
