- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Identify market gaps and competitor movements within the SEA e-commerce enabler and SaaS landscape.
- Solution Architecting: Work closely with brands to understand their technical pain points (ERP integrations, OMS/WMS sync, cross-border complexities) and map them to our product capabilities.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to high-level negotiations with C-suite stakeholders.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the market," providing the Product and Tech teams with actionable insights on required features and local market nuances.
- Industry Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the E-commerce SaaS, MarTech, or Enabler space.
- Product Fluency: A deep understanding of how E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) integrate with enterprise middleware.
- Strategic Network: Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients locally/regionally
- Competitive Knowledge: Familiarity with the regional tech landscape and the ability to articulate clear value propositions against other market players.
