- 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff (including caddies, hospitality staff, golf operations, and management). • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding. • Ensure staffing levels meet operational demands, particularly during peak seasons.
- 2. Employee Relations & Engagement • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with the club's values. • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and professional manner. • Organize employee engagement initiatives, training, and team-building activities.
- 3. Performance Management & Development • Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development. • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. • Work with department heads to ensure clear job expectations and accountability.
- 4. Compensation & Benefits Administration • Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive programs in compliance with Thai labor laws. • Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures. • Administer employee records, contracts, and work permits (for expatriate staff if applicable).
- 5. Compliance & HR Policies • Ensure compliance with Thai employment laws, visa/work permit regulations, and health & safety standards. • Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines. • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
- 6. HR Strategy & Leadership • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals. • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, training effectiveness) to improve processes. • Lead HR projects such as diversity initiatives, leadership development, and organizational restructuring if needed.
- 7. Workplace Health & Safety • Ensure a safe working environment, including compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety training programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role (hospitality, golf, or sports club experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, payroll, and work permit regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Experience in multicultural work environments.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
