- Revenue Strategy & Leadership • Develop and implement the club's annual sales & marketing plan with measurable KPIs • Lead a team of marketing professionals and sales executives to achieve revenue targets • Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and business partnerships
- Campaign Development & Execution • Conceptualize and implement 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels • Develop seasonal promotions (e.g., monsoon golf packages, summer family deals) • Create membership drive campaigns with tiered benefits and referral incentives • Oversee brand partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands for cross-promotions
- Event Strategy & Management • Design and execute a yearly calendar of signature events including: o Prestigious golf tournaments (charity, corporate, amateur) o Member-exclusive experiences (golf clinics with pros, wine pairing dinners) o Community engagement programs (junior golf days, local business mixers) • Develop sponsorship packages for corporate events and tournaments • Collaborate with F&B team to create themed dining experiences
- Membership & Sales Growth • Implement data-driven membership acquisition strategies • Develop corporate membership programs with customized benefits • Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and strategic partners • Optimize conversion funnels for walk-in guests and online bookings
- Brand Management & Digital Presence • Position the club as a premier golf destination through consistent branding • Oversee all digital marketing including SEO, social media, and email campaigns • Manage content strategy for website, blogs, and video marketing
- Team Leadership & Development • Build and mentor a high-performance sales & marketing team • Implement training programs on consultative selling and customer engagement • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- 8+ years in senior sales & marketing roles, preferably in golf/hospitality
- Proven track record in developing successful campaigns and events
- Strong understanding of golf club operations and member services
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Fluent English & Thai (additional languages a plus)
- Preferred : Experience in luxury brand marketing or sports hospitality
- Preferred : PGA/Golf Management certification or relevant qualifications
