- Financial Management (30%) • Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets (typically $X-$X million) • Oversee daily accounting: AR/AP, payroll, bank reconciliations • Generate monthly financial reports for GM/Board with variance analysis• Implement cost-control measures across departments • Liaise with external auditors for year-end processes
- Human Resources (25%) • Manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and visa/work permit processes • Develop training programs for service staff and department heads • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions • Maintain HRIS/payroll systems
- Facilities & IT Management (25%) • Supervise preventive maintenance programs for: o Clubhouse buildings o Golf carts and maintenance equipment o Irrigation systems (coordinate with Golf Course Superintendent) • Manage IT infrastructure: POS systems, tee time software, network security • Oversee capital improvement projects (renovations, tech upgrades)
- Administrative Leadership (20%) • Streamline operational workflows across departments • Manage vendor contracts and procurement processes • Ensure proper insurance coverage and risk management protocols • Handle legal/compliance documentation (licenses, permits) • Support GM in board meeting preparations
- Education: Bachelor's in Business Admin/Finance/Hospitality Management
- Experience: • 5+ years in multi-department management (finance + HR + operations)
- Background in golf clubs, hotels, or resort operations
- Technical Skills: • Advanced Excel/accounting software
- HRIS/payroll system proficiency
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge
