Customer Service Officer (Freight/Shipping) - Sriracha, Chonburi

• Liaise with overseas agents to build strong relationships and source competitive logistics costs from international partners.
• Coordinate with shipping lines (both domestic and international) for booking and operational arrangements.
• Prepare and provide quotations for sea and air freight (import & export shipments) from Thailand to various international destinations.
• Handle end-to-end customer coordination, from receiving import/export documentation to ensuring successful delivery of goods/services to clients.
• Identify and approach new potential customers; maintain and update new customer databases and reports.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the supervisor every Saturday.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, import-export operations, or freight forwarding.
