- Oversee and manage production operations for automotive parts
- Supervise and lead a team of 24-25 subordinates, including operators and technicians
- Control and optimize the operation of 40 CNC lathes + 10 additional production machines
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure seamless production flow
- Manage production schedules and maintain quality standards within a Japanese manufacturing environment
- Report directly to the Japanese Manager to align with company goals.
- Other related tasks as assigned【Qualification】
- 5-10 years of experience in the automotive parts processing industry
- Proven experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of supervising a team of 25 people
- Basic command of English for communication within the workplace
- Technical expertise in CNC lathe machining and production management【Allowance & Benefit】
