Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign mechanical components including cold plates, manifolds, brackets, enclosures, and racks.Define mechanical interfaces between PCBA, cold plates, hoses, and connectors.Select appropriate materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, EPDM) based on thermal and mechanical requirements.Ensure manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and serviceability of designs.Support leak testing, pressure testing, and mechanical qualification.Conduct tolerance analysis and stress evaluation.Collaborate with vendors for fabrication and prototype builds.Contribute to DFMEA / PFMEA from a mechanical engineering perspective.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical design for electronics or cooling systems.Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar).Knowledge of fluid connectors, seals, hoses, and pressure-rated components.Experience supporting prototype builds and factory production.Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, brazing, welding, and assembly.Open to overseas candidates.Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
