Position: Process Engineer (CNC Cutting Program)Location: Amata, ChonburiResponsibilities:Process Improvement: Propose, develop, and report improvement ideas to supervisors to enhance production efficiency.Documentation & Control: Establish machine production conditions and maintain Work Instructions (WI) to ensure standardized operations.Trial & Sampling: Coordinate and execute machine trials for customer samples to meet quality standards.Technical Support: Apply machine technical theory and engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.Experimentation: Monitor, check, and follow up on production experiments and pilot runs.Programming: Manage and operate CNC cutting programs to support manufacturing requirements.Qualifications:Education: High Vocational Certificate or bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering or a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CAD 2D & 3D program.Knowledge of CNC cutting programs is essential.Other Qualities: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
