- Establish and implement innovative marketing frameworks, policies, and initiatives aligned with consumer trends and business priorities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and communication assets to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Ensure brand storytelling and visual identity standards are maintained across platforms and markets.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of licensed and owned brands, ensuring each brand meets performance and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, merchandising, and other internal teams to identify business opportunities and support successful launches.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to brand teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitor performance, sales forecasts, and financial metrics to guide brand decisions.
- Monitor brand performance and implement corrective strategies to maximize effectiveness and profitability.
- Lead marketing budget planning and allocation to ensure cost efficiency and strong return on investment.
- Track campaign performance and optimize spending based on measurable results and strategic priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields, with proven leadership or team management responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience managing brand portfolios, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
