We are seeking a dynamic and commercial driven Fashion Business Director to lead and grow a well-established international fashion brand portfolio in Thailand.This role will be responsible for overseeing the business end-to-end, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring strong brand positioning in the market. The successful candidate will take full P&L responsibility, lead cross-functional teams, and work closely with the brand principal/global brand owner to execute strategic initiatives.Key Highlights:
  • Oversee the end-to-end business operations, including retail, merchandising, marketing, and commercial performance.
  • Take full P&L ownership and drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the business.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the global brand direction and local market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand principal and international brand owners, acting as the key representative in Thailand.
  • Lead and develop a mid-size organization, including retail operations, merchandising, marketing, and support functions.
  • Manage and optimize a large retail network of 50+ stores nationwide to ensure strong sales performance and brand standards.
  • Drive retail excellence and customer experience across all store locations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify new growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and omni-channel initiatives.
  • Ensure strong execution of brand strategy, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns in line with global guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end business operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong track record of managing large retail networks (50+ stores) and leading multi-functional teams.
  • Experience working with international brand principals or global brand owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across regional or global teams.
  • A passion for fashion and lifestyle brands, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
