- Responsibility for Technical and Business development.
- The company already has exclusive distributor partners in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. However, it has not yet established a presence in Taiwan and Indonesia. So, for these two countries could also help (together with the team) to identify a distributor aligned with the company's technical strategy.
- Equally important is the primary goal of organizing technical support (Laboratory - rapid analysis and other HPLC MS/MS for large accounts) when needed.
- Monitoring in-vivo tests of product efficacy (those carried out in the South East Asia region), if any, guided by the Technical Manager of the company
- These previously highlighted points, in addition to those inherent to this position, which would be:
- Follow-up of annual sales budgets in the assigned area.
- Sales development. Promotion of the position and perception of the company in the market.
- Supervision and coordination of all sales activities in the assigned markets.
- Support distributors with regular Seminars, supported by Product Managers when necessary.
- Training for the distributor's product manager, as well as for sales representatives.
- Identification, together with the local business partners (distributors) of key local and regional clients to give them special support and, if applicable, specific conditions due to their size and purchasing potential.
- Assistance, when necessary, in the coordination of necessary procedures to obtain the registration of the company's products in the assigned markets.
- Monitoring of samples and shipping logistics.
- To stay up-to-date with accounts receivable.
- Support for conducting and collecting field trial data.
- Identification of new market opportunities, as well as areas of improvement for our company and products.
- Monitoring competitors' activities (sending samples of competing products, commercial literature, studies... and any data that can help to continue growing technically and commercially).
- Strategically, there are two specific responsibilities that should be highlighted:
- Decide, together with the management, on which are the most suitable distributors and the strategies to implement in each country.
- Implement the most appropriate strategy to achieve the sales objective.
