- Achieve sales target in the respective area.
- Provide support some in-service cases and sales call from physicians in the respective area.
- Conduct technical training and presenting product to health care professional members.
- Manage medical device in assigned area and monitoring inventory movement.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to Sales Manager.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational program/ training and study on clinical paper.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to Sales Manager in timely manner.
- Monitor and share the current trends in the market / healthcare industry and competitors.
- Manage Evaluation/Demo equipment according to related SOP and guidelines.
- Key opinion leader and Key account management and relationship management with Surgeon, Nurse, and hospital stakeholder.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Medical Science and/or a combination of education and related work experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales environment is essential.
- Proficiency in driving sales targets achievement.
- Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Thai.
- Intermediate to advance skills in negotiation and selling skill in competitive situation and strong desire to succeed.
- Positive attitude and good team player also ability to think and act quickly
