- Support workforce planning activities and assist business leaders in identifying manpower needs.• Creating and updating Job Descriptions and Success Profiles for assigned functions.• Perform end-to-end recruitment tasks: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and tracking hiring status.• Help build and maintain a basic talent pipeline and support employer branding initiatives.• Support onboarding activities and coordinate training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.• Provide basic guidance to line managers on people-related issues and support communication on performance management.• Collect and summarize employee engagement, turnover, and survey data for reporting purposes.• Coordinate exit interview processes and compile preliminary insights.• Support employee activities, internal engagement programs, and benefits administration as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.• At least 1-3 years of experience in HRBP, Recruitment, or Training experience is a plus• Strong coordination and communication skills.• Basic understanding of HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and engagement.• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare basic reports.• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
