- Lead team of New Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Create and Develop project schedule
- Strategically craft business model, operation flow and financial flow of new business
- Implement and/or coordinate with relevant departments in a project both inside and outside the company
- Follow up monitoring progress of the project to achieve the schedule
- Create package/promotion to serve marketing campaign & CRM
- Analyze data, reports of business results and provide solution business, product, man power marketing implications
- Track and evaluate data and prepare performance reports providing recommendations
- Manage Profit/Loss and report to management team every week
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team
- Over 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Acquisition, Project Management, or related field
- Strong analytic skill, communication and presentation skill (both writing and speaking), and negotiation skill.
