You will play a key role in reaching out to previously engaged or inactive clients, understanding their needs, and reviving their interest in our services and listings. Your mission: turn cold leads into warm opportunities and help bring buyers back into the property journey.Location: Bangkok office preferredKey Responsibilities:1. Client Re-EngagementConduct outbound communication with previous or inactive clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.Personalize outreach efforts to align with client preferences and past interactions.Proactively identify client needs and introduce relevant products, services, or updates to encourage renewed interest.2. Lead NurturingAnalyze client data and interaction history to prioritize re-engagement efforts effectively.Update and maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-up outcomes in the CRM system.Qualify re-engaged leads and ensure smooth handovers to the appropriate agents for further action.3. Collaboration and CoordinationWork closely with the Customer Support and Sales teams to ensure alignment on client engagement strategies.Share insights from re-engagement efforts, including common client concerns or interests, to inform marketing and operational strategies.4.
