IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist (Linux&Hybrid Environment) ประจำสีลม

• The Infrastructure & Security Specialist/Manger oversees the design, implementation, and resilience of IT foundations for both internal corporate operations and external client projects. This dual-focus role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high-availability internal systems while acting as a Technical Architect to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for customers.
• - Hybrid Environment Management: Maintain 99.9% uptime for internal Servers, Storage, and Virtualization across On-premise and Azure/AWS Cloud environments.
• - Corporate Network & Security: Manage internal Switching, Routing, and Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW). Lead internal vulnerability management and patch cycles.
• - Compliance & DR: Ensure internal data stays compliant with PDPA/ISO standards and maintain a ready to- use Disaster Recovery (DR) plan.
• - Solution Architecture: Partner with Sales/Pre-sales to design customized Infrastructure, Network, and Security architectures for client requirements
• - Project Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of client projects, ensuring technical milestones are met within budget and scope
• - Customer Success: Act as a high-level technical escalation point for client infrastructure issues, providing expert troubleshooting for complex network or security breaches.
• - Service Packaging: Assist in designing standardized "Infrastructure-as-a-Service" or "Security-as-a- Service" packages for the commercial team.

• Thai Nationality, Age 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Experience 8-10 years in IT Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity or related areas.
• At least 3 years' experience of Consulting, Internal Project or Client-facing Project Lead role
• Familiarity in Linux OS, Microsoft Window server (System Integration & Deployment Management)
• Networking: Deep expertise in Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba, SD-WAN, and Site-to-Site connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute)
• Cloud & On-prem: Strong proficiency in Azure/AWS/other Cloud Services, VMware and Hybrid-cloud (design and integration).
• Security: Hands-on experience with Identity Management (AD/Entra ID), Endpoint Protection, and WAF
• Knowledge in compliance standards such as ISO27001, PDPA, ITIL
• Professional certifications such as CCNP (Routing & Switching), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AWS SysOps, CISSP, CISM, CEH (Security), ITIL v4, PMP (Process/Project Management) are highly advantageous
