- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through social media platforms
- Initiate professional conversations to introduce company products and services
- Monitor relevant hashtags, industry groups, and online communities to generate new leads
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and provide accurate information
- Conduct online product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Qualify leads and determine appropriate next steps for each opportunity
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for enterprise-level clients
- Guide customers through registration and payment processes
- Update and maintain lead and activity records in the CRM system
- 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Success, or related roles
- Strong written communication skills (chat and email) and verbal presentation skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and proactively approaching potential clients
- Good understanding of social media platforms for business purposes
- Ability to explain products or complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple chats or leads at the same time
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and escalate tasks when necessary
