- Develop and execute the Direct Marketing (DM) strategic plan. Act as project manager to prioritize and deliver key DM initiatives, ensuring projects are on track.
- Monitor and improve DM financial performance (AvE, P&L).
- Collaborate with Group/Regional teams, Country Business Heads, and DM leaders.
- Update market intelligence, risks, trends, and competitor analysis; communicate insights to the team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, costs, P&L, portfolio mix) and recommend improvements.
- Lead or support strategic DM projects to meet business objectives.
- Support business performance analysis and strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely, quality submissions and communication for senior management reviews.
- Support and monitor special strategic projects and initiatives.
- Partner with regional and local DM teams for deal simulation and tracking.
- Monitor financial KPIs (TARP, NWP, TMC, Lapse, Persistency, Billing, Conservation, P&L).
- Oversee DM campaigns, provide data-driven feedback, and manage sales/revenue forecasts.
- Approve campaign launches and monitor marketing plan submissions.
- Plan and track DM campaign spending, reporting findings to teams and auditors.
- Use Chubb's data sources for regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement customer management and loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze persistency metrics and their business impact.
- Lead research and segmentation of policyholder base; develop retention and conservation programs.
- Develop and execute action plans for customer and policy retention, including campaign scheduling and justification.
- Analyze partner databases to identify and address cancellation reasons, driving persistency improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native language and English.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Financial/Insurance Key Account Management.
- Proven success in institutional selling (insurance field preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong logical and critical thinking; able to challenge existing processes.
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
