- Team Leadership & Scaling (Core Focus) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers Design the team structure and scale headcount to 20+ Set KPIs, performance frameworks, and team culture Collaborate with People & Culture on hiring, onboarding, and training
- Seller Pipeline Ownership Oversee seller lead flow and assignment Drive conversion from lead → onboarding → contract signing Handle high-value or complex seller cases personally
- Client Success & Relationship Building Deliver a premium, smooth seller experience Resolve escalations and handle important negotiations Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral listings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with buyer agents, legal, operations, and marketing Ensure accuracy of contracts, pricing, and documentation
- Program & Process Improvement Enhance scripts, pitch decks, SOPs, and seller dashboards Analyze conversion data and optimize performance Collaborate with Tech/Product to improve CRM and seller tools
- 7+ years in real estate, sales, or account management
- Proven leadership or coaching experience
- Strong track record in closing deals and managing high-volume pipelines Fluent in English
- Able to work in Pattaya or Bangkok
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with rapid growth
- Passionate about coaching people and building systems from zero
