Job SummaryThis position will lead the overall marketing strategy with strong emphasis on Digital & Performance Marketing to drive qualified leads, sales conversion, brand equity, and customer lifetime value across all property portfolios.This role will act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Business Development, and Project Teams to ensure marketing investments generate measurable ROI and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Strategy- Strengthen corporate and project branding with clear positioning.- Lead content strategy across website, social media, property portals, and marketplace platforms.- Develop storytelling strategy for luxury / investment / first-home buyer segments.- Ensure consistent brand identity across offline and online touchpoints.Strategic Marketing Leadership- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.- Lead portfolio-based marketing plans (Condo / Housing / Mixed-use / Luxury Segment).- Translate business targets into measurable marketing KPIs (Leads, Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate, Revenue Contribution).- Oversee annual marketing budget with strong ROI and ROMI accountability.Digital & Online Marketing (Core Focus)- Design and lead full-funnel digital strategy: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention.- Oversee Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, SEO/SEM).- Manage Lead Generation ecosystem including Landing Pages, Marketing Automation, CRM integration.- Drive data-driven decision making through analytics (GA4, Data Studio, CRM dashboard).- Optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to shorten sales cycle.- Explore PropTech, AI Marketing tools, and Marketing Automation platforms.
