- Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design aligned with business growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee administration, contracts, and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law and corporate governance standards.
- Design and implement performance management, training, and talent development programs.
- Support compensation, payroll, and annual salary review processes.
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in a multicultural environment.
- Align and deploy global HR policies and initiatives locally.
- Lead and develop a small HR team while improving HR processes and systems.
- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or international companies.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance.
- Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
