HR Manager

• Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design aligned with business growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee administration, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law and corporate governance standards.
• Design and implement performance management, training, and talent development programs.
• Support compensation, payroll, and annual salary review processes.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in a multicultural environment.
• Align and deploy global HR policies and initiatives locally.
• Lead and develop a small HR team while improving HR processes and systems.

• Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or international companies.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance.
• Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing and transformation environment.
