- Implement and maintain meticulous control over bar inventory levels, encompassing spirits, wines, mixers, and state-of-the-art bar equipment.
- Form, train, and lead a team of highly skilled and service-oriented bar professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to elevate the team's product knowledge, service standards, and mixology prowess, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Cultivate an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere within the bar area, ensuring an unforgettable and pleasurable experience for all guests.

- Develop and administer the bar budget, demonstrating astute financial management for cost control and sustained profitability.
- Devise and implement revenue-driving strategies, including promotions, special events, and effective upselling techniques.
- Forge a seamless and collaborative relationship with the kitchen team to ensure a harmonious coordination between the bar and restaurant offerings.
- Contribute to menu pairings and collaborate on special events to enhance the overall dining experience.
