- Experience from food ingredients, seasoning, flavour business
- Strong B2B sales with good English communication
- Drive B2B sales across direct customers, distributors, and traders, ensuring strong business development and market expansion and manage and promote a wide product portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities, including the establishment of strategic partnerships.
- Oversee market performance, including P&L, sales targets, pricing, and forecasting to support sustainable business growth.
- Provide technical support related to product applications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize order management, logistics processes, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Work with supply chain teams on demand planning, import/export processes, and coordination across the supply chain.
- Support accurate forecasting and budget planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or application roles within the food ingredients industry, preferably with exposure to fruit flavors and sales to food and beverage manufacturers.
- Proven experience in B2B direct sales, market intelligence, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including import/export procedures, demand planning, and overall supply chain management.
- Ability to manage forecasting and budgeting activities effectively.
- Good command of English with strong communication skills.
