- Maintain par stock in the housekeeping store and ensure that required supplies are available to all floors.
- Check requisitions against the supplies in the pantry for accuracy.
- Report to the Executive Housekeeper differences in quantity or quality of received items, and shortage of supplies.
- Keep track and update all records of goods received and issued accordingly.
- Keep an accurate record of the monthly consumption of supplies and store inventory, submitting reports to the Executive Housekeeper with the final figures at the beginning of each month.
- Check minibar store for any discrepancies and be responsible for the issuance and inventory of minibar items.
- Conduct daily inventory of the minibar store and operating equipment, raising requisitions for minibar stock and guest supplies.
- Submit inventories / reports to the Executive Housekeeper at the beginning of each month.
- Liaise closely with Floor Supervisors and Room Attendants on daily consumption, general store issuance and collection.
- Ensure that the storeroom is well arranged and cleaned.
- Check the storeroom daily and hand over keys before signing out for the day.
- Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ requests.
- Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
- Keep linen room neat and orderly.
- Maintain a clean work area, good working relationships with team members and all other departments.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.
- Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
- Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton’s code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook, security and emergency policies and procedures.

- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School and skills training school graduate.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
- Basic English level to meet business needs.
- Good knowledge of Housekeeping’s daily operation and cost control.
- Knowledgeable of chemical usage for cleaning.
